Lindsay Worden

Senior Instructor

As the President of Venture Labour Capital Partners, Inc., and prior to that, President of Canada's Technology Triangle Accelerator Network (CTTAN), a consulting/advisory firm, Ms. Worden has advised and assisted hundreds of emerging growth companies in their strategy initiatives, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management strategies. During her fourteen-year career at National Bank of Canada, she actively traded foreign exchange (spot and forward) as well as sovereign debt and related risk management products. She is a well-seasoned wholesale banker and has held the position of Regional Manager for the Kitchener-Waterloo area of Ontario Canada.

Ms. Worden is a regular speaker at the University of Waterloo, Wilfred Laurier University, Industry Canada and the Waterloo Region Business Enterprise Center - on the subjects of entrepreneurship, corporate finance, banking relations, risk management and capital-raising initiatives.

Ms. Worden holds a B.Comm in finance and accounting from McGill University. She is a Member of the Waterloo Economic Development Council.
