Pre-Work Materials
To successfully implement an education program for bankers, it is important to recognize that participants often have very diverse backgrounds, with different levels of experience and pre-existing knowledge. In order to “level the playing field” and establish a uniform level of knowledge across your organization on a wide range of topics, FinQuest Partners LLC has created a library of pre-work material called the START Workbook Series (START is short for Self-Study Tutorials to Achieve Readiness for Training).
The START Workbooks provide the fundamental client analytical skills, product knowledge, market mechanics and interpersonal skills required in today's banking environment. The workbooks contain the foundational knowledge and skills required by bankers and include: (i) descriptions and explanations; (ii) examples / applications and (iii) self-assessment exercises. Each workbook is intended to require approximately 4 to 8 hours to complete.
The START Workbooks are a work-in-progress and will be rolled-out in stages during 2012. The library listing below shows the workbooks currently under development.
