Senior Management Workshops
The Senior Management Workshops (“SMW”) are intended for the managers of the professional staff who attend our Strategic Relationship Banker Programs. At these sessions, senior bankers explore the management challenges related to the successful implementation of the Optimal Relationship Building approach at your organization. What are the issues that Senior Management must consider to successfully execute a strategic relationship initiative at your bank? What are the concrete actions that the Bank should undertake to ensure that the content and desired behaviors of the Strategic Relationship Banker Program are integrated into daily business practices.
