Shem holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development from American University and NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. He is a certified Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), trained Future Search consultant, and qualified facilitator/trainer in Dialogue through the Public Dialogue Consortium. He has more than fifteen years experience.
