Shem Cohen is an organization development consultant assisting organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank New York, the United Kingdom Mission to the United Nations, Church and Dwight, and Soros Fund Management to create exceptional organizational outcomes. Shem holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development from American University and NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. He is a certified Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), trained Future Search consultant, and qualified facilitator/trainer in Dialogue through the Public Dialogue Consortium. He has more than fifteen years experience.
